Acupuncture, based on thousands of years of experience, is structured around improving one’s “Qi” or energy. The Chi energy is located throughout the body just beneath the surface of the skin and can be stimulated by placing extremely fine needles in certain points on the body.

These needles are approximately the size of a cat’s whisker and they are very flexible. The needles stay in about 15 to 25 minutes depending on the type of treatment you were receiving. Acupuncture needles are one time use only and are sterile.

Treatable conditions include:
Back pain
Muscle spasms
Digestion issues
Headaches and migraines
Female issues
Colds or flu
Tennis elbow
Quit smoking
Reduce cravings

Alternatives for those who are needle-phobic:
*Microcurrent electrical stimulation
*Gua Sha
*Infrared Therapy
